Yes. An account is created automatically when you buy your first tickets (using your phone number and a 4-digit passcode), or you can register first.
When the target number of tickets is sold or the countdown ends, the raffle is marked “Ready for Draw”. An admin then runs the draw (random or manual).
You will receive an in-app notification and an email (if you provided one). We will also contact you on the phone number used for purchase.
No. Once an M-Pesa payment is confirmed, tickets are issued and the purchase is final.
Yes. Every paid ticket has an equal chance. Ticket numbers are sequential and the random draw uses the database random function.
